Abstract:

This is a container for templates/guidance documents available to assist VT during start-up and during the final reporting phase. They are light-weight versions of a Project Initiation Document (PID) and a routine project progress report and are intended merely as guidance. Use of these will help ensure that some of the basic building blocks are covered. Project managers my want to add further detail or they may decide to not include some parts, in either case, the decision will have been made consciously.
