Abstract:

ELIXIR Competence Center aims to bring the EGI resources, especially the EGI Federated Could, better availbale to the ELIXIR user community. This document describes a set of technologies that ELIXIR Competence center members have used, tested or studied in order to provide bioinformatics services using cloud computing ( including also other Cloud environments tan EGI Federated could).
