Abstract:

The present Service Level Agreement (“the Agreement’) is made between EGI Foundation (the Provider) and NextGEOSS (the Customer) to define the provision and support of the provided services as described hereafter to support the following NextGEOSS central services:
• CKAN cluster;
• User Management Service;
• JIRA;
• Community Feedback Management;
• Geo Pilot – Analytic Engine.
