Abstract:

The OpenBioMaps+ community offers online tools for researchers and conservationists to manage biodiversity data. As a tool, it works in a production environment (e.g. for national parks). The purpose of the system is to establish a connection between research and nature conservation, therefore they are constantly trying to carry out research tasks with it, which are connected to databases and have a significant need for computers. In this sense, the system is in a continuous pilot state.
