Abstract:
The document provides a list of contacts inside NGIs for user support services (such as training, application porting, VO setup, etc.) and describes the processes of how these contacts are updated and shared with project partners and with the public. Managerial contacts for NGI User Support Teams are kept by EGI.eu in a Customer Relationship Management software and is made public through the EGI Wiki. Contact information for end users on NGI User Support Teams is visible on the www.egi.eu webpage. This document is an updated version of a similar document (MS301) that was produced by the project one year ago.
