Abstract:

This booklet describes the Community-Driven Innovation & Support solution, which is one of the four solutions offered by EGI to the members of the EGI community. The document includes a brief but descriptive executive summary, the identification of the target groups, their needs and problems, the description of solutions and how they address the problems, the value proposition extracted, and a couple of examples from the success stories.
