Abstract:

This is a tutorial package about the EGI Federated Cloud for the Softeware Carpentry Bootcamp event (July 17-19, 2015, Feltham, UK). The tutorial package includes lectures, hands-on exercises and a demo. The lectures and hands-on exercises are in the slideset the demo is recorded in the video file. The tutorial is approximately 4 hours long and demonstrates the use of the command line interface (rOCCI) of the EGI Federated Cloud from the user perrspective.
