- D3.1) User Community Support Process: The support EGI offers to the user community will be built around the Support Units located within the EGI-InSPIRE's partners or collaborating projects and accessed through the EGI Helpdesk. This public report will list the support units detailing their interfaces into EGI.eu and their role, responsibilities, metrics and escalation procedures. Due project month 3.
