Abstract:

The capabilities of EGI's CRM were briefed to a number of NILs during the Community Forum in Manchester in early April 2013.

The Webinar on 6 Jun 2013 aimed firstly to extend the same briefing to those who were not able to attend that event. Secondly, it sought to be useful reinforcement for anyone using the CRM application and will furthermore provide information on the latest updates and capabilities that have been implemented. The webinar was delivered via Webex by Goncalo Borges from Lisbon. Introduction by Gergely Sipos from EGI.eu Amsterdam.
