Abstract:

FitSM-6 is a tool intended to allow for a guided self-assessment of IT Service Management capability in the processes defined by the FitSM standard, and to therefore allow assessment of the overall maturity of a service management implementation.
This file provides the assessment for EGI using Federated Operations as an initial scope. Results provide a summary of areas of improvement.
