Abstract:

A template for creating a service design and transition package (SDTP) for any new or changed service within the EGI Service Portfolio. This template provides a structure to be applied for defining and documenting a service design and transition package, which will be used by the SSB and governing bodies to plan/extend the EGI service portfolio and implement a new service. This template is based on the template provided by the FitSM standard.
A guide has also been provided to support anyone responsible for completing a SDTP for a given service.
