- This deliverable outlines the project’s Communication, Dissemination, and Exploitation (CDE) Plan, defining its strategic approach, objectives, key activities, and expected results. The document presents a structured framework for communicating the project’s vision, progress, and achievements to relevant stakeholders, ensuring visibility, transparency, and engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Specifically, the document: i) Identifies and analyses the target audiences at local, national, and European levels, tailoring key messages, communication channels, and outreach strategies to maximise impact; ii) Defines the dissemination strategy for effectively sharing project results, tools, methodologies, and best practices with the broader research and innovation community, promoting knowledge exchange and uptake; and iii) Describes the exploitation strategy, outlining how project outcomes will be sustained, scaled up, and integrated beyond the project’s duration, including pathways for long-term sustainability and continued stakeholder engagement.
