Abstract:

MS418 describes the purpose and content of the Resource Centre Operational Level Agreement and of the Resource Provider Operational Level Agreement. The EGI.eu OLA, which is currently being drafted, is also presented..
The document also provides information about the technical tools developed and deployed for service level monitoring. The further tool extensions that are still needed to report on performance of all main infrastructure services in the infrastructure, and the procedures involved in the availability calculation process are described.
