Abstract:

This slideset provides an overview of the EGI community and the key EGI entities and processes. Special emphasis is given to the user community support activities and user-facing services. The slides have been used by Gergely Sipos, member of the EGI.eu User Community Support Team, at a meeting that took place on the 25th of January 2013 and involved members of EGI.eu and the Dutch e-Science Centre (NLeSC).
