Abstract:

This Briefing Paper contains an initial proposal for the This Briefing Paper contains an initial proposal of the EOSC Federating Core, illustrating a possible approach to its composition and relating it to functional and non-functional requirements emerging from EOSC use cases. Initial proposals for its governance and sustainability are also put forward, provided as input towards the ongoing implementation of the European Open Science Cloud.
