Abstract:

This document describes the Terms-of-Reference for the EGI.eu Executive Board, which has been established on 8 February 2010 and modified on 3 August 2015 on the basis of the modified EGI.eu Statutes. As such, it lays down the procedure and decision-taking process in internal rules and regulations of EGI.eu additionally to those defined in the Statutes of the EGI.eu Foundation. The terms used in this document follow the definitions of Article 1 of the EGI.eu Statutes.
The EGI Council has approved this document during the meeting held on 18 September 2015.
